System integrator

Foorz, as a system integrator, can offer a wide range of services and solutions to help organisations design, implement and manage complex systems based on their requirements.

System integrator - Foorz

Robotics for industrial applications

To this end, it has chosen to collaborate with different robot manufacturers, and we can rely on robotics for industrial applications. Foorz has well-trained subject matter experts in house for this purpose, in which software, hardware, and commissioning, are among their specialities.

At our Nijverdal facility, there is the opportunity to see various robots in action and simulate processes.

FANUC - Foorz

Our Robots

FANUC industrial robot

Fanuc

FANUC is one of the market leaders in factory automation. The parent company is located in Japan but our many branches spread all over the world, ensuring strong local support at all times. With a very extensive product portfolio of industrial and collaborative robots, CNC controls, vertical machine tools, injection moulding and wire EDMs and IoT solutions, FANUC offers innovative and high-tech products for the entire manufacturing industry.

ABB Robotics

ABB Robotics

As one of the world's leading robotics and machine automation suppliers, ABB Robotics is the only company with a comprehensive and integrated portfolio of robots, AMRs and machine automation solutions - designed and directed by our value-creating software. ABB Robotics employs around 11,000 people at more than 100 locations in over 50 countries.

Yaskawa robot

Yaskawa

Yaskawa is one of the largest manufacturers of industrial robots and cobots. Its programme of more than 100 different models of robots and cobots for all possible applications is unique. So whether it is handling, welding, assembly or painting, there is always a robot or cobot to suit the application. Furthermore, Yaskawa also supplies complete turnkey systems for arc welding, including welding jigs and (off-line) programming if required.

Quality and reliability have been the key features here for decades, as confirmed by our satisfied customers in many different industries.

Techman Robot INC

Techman Robot was founded in 2012 by Taiwan-based Quanta Storage Inc. The brand name Techman is an amalgamation of 'Technology' and 'Human', which perfectly reflects the purpose of the Techman Robot. In a world preparing for Industry 4.0, the Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud computing, the TM cobots focus on improving automation processes.

Robot programmes

Robotic programmes are used for design and realisation, to simulate better intelligence, movement and productivity. The benefits are:

  • Robotic simulator to design cells completely offline.
  • Create and test programmes with minimal impact on production.
  • Control of working range without moving the robot on the shop floor.
  • A highly accurate simulation of cycle time.
  • All functions of a robot can be simulated.
  • Import 3D CAD models and generate motion paths.
  • Creates a robotic cell design in no time.

What is the difference between an industrial robot and a cobot?

Industrial robots are often designed to work in enclosed spaces with safety gates to prevent people from being accidentally injured by their movements.

Cobots are smaller than industrial robots, and you can therefore use them more extensively from bakery to logistics. They are less heavy and safety measures are built in so they can stand next to people. If you touch a cobot, it will stop working.

Because cobots are smaller than most industrial robots, they are also suitable for companies where there is not much space.
